Yes. The cost is $245 for both campers and adult sponsors.

Camp Zephyr does not accept individual camper payments. If your camper cancels, please contact your group/church for their refund policy.

Each group will be responsible for final payment for 85% of your confirmed number of spots from April.
For example: if your group confirms 50 spots in April, your group guarantees final payment for 42 spots. If your group only fills 40 spots, you will be charged the final balance for the remaining 2 spots.

YES! If you have a camper cancel, please email kate@campzephyr.org so that we can update your registration report. The new camper can register before the cancelled camper is removed from your list. You will not be charged an additional deposit for that camper.
REGISTRATION

YES! The group leader from your church will receive a confirmation email for every individual who registers with your group. The email will include their complete registration form.

YES! You will receive an email in March with a link to your group’s specific Registration Report. This list will include details about each camper including their emergency contact info.

INFORMATION FOR GROUP LEADERS
Group Leaders will receive ALL email communications from Camp Zephyr regarding Kids Camp. These emails will be sent to the email address that is entered on the Group Registration Form. Please be sure to check your email as summer camp approaches so that you do not miss important information regarding deadlines, etc. If the leader for your group changes or the email address needs to be updated, please email kate@campzephyr.org as soon as possible.

Your group will stay together as a team and will rotate to different activities and meals together. All programming and activities are handled by Zephyr staff, but you’ll need to make sure your campers are in the right spot at the right time.
You will be responsible for leading out in the church group time that is every evening. Once we send out the Kids Camp curriculum, you’ll need to go over it before camp and gather a few supplies for the activities.

The curriculum will be emailed to your group with your Team Color assignment after your session’s registration deadline.

Team Color assignments will be emailed AFTER your session’s registration deadline. This is to ensure that we have a good estimate for the number of students for each rec team.
We do our best to honor requests for team colors. However, requests are NOT confirmations. Please do not plan for or buy anything for your team until you receive the email with your Team Color assignment.

YES! Every group is assigned a meeting space for their church group time. We have both indoor and outdoor meeting spaces. All outdoor meeting spaces will have seating & electricity.

Due to very limited space in our Dining Hall and Tabernacle, visiting during a camp session is limited to pastors and church staff. Please click HERE for our Summer Camp Visitor Policy.

Yes. Ice is available to purchase in the camp office. Bags of ice are 7 lbs. and $2 per bag.

Please make sure that the camper’s allergies / food sensitivities are included on the camper’s individual registration form. If they are not, please email kate@campzephyr.org so that the form can be updated.

PROGRAM / SCHEDULE

Check-In opens at 2:00 p.m. on the first day of camp.
Every group will go to the pool for their campers’ swim tests. There will also be activity rotations during the afternoon once your group has moved into their dorms.

F.O.B. stands for Feet on Bunks. This short time in the dorms gives groups a chance to reset for the afternoon, have a little rest time (if needed), or to complete the daily devotion that is found in the Kids Camp Booklet.

Gator Raid, one of the rotations on the schedule, is Team Rec on the Rec Field (Gator Field).

There is a daily devotion that is included in the Kids Camp Booklet that is given to everyone upon arrival at camp.
Additionally, the Kids Camp curriculum will be emailed to group leaders after the registration deadlines. The curriculum will include activities and lessons for the evening church group times.

ADULT SPONSORS
Your responsibility as an Adult Sponsor is to supervise your campers at all times while you are at camp. Your group will stay together as a team and will rotate to different activities and meals together. All programming and activities are handled by Zephyr staff, but you’ll need to make sure your campers are in the right spot at the right time.

You are required to have 1 adult to every 10 campers (of the same gender).

Groups are divided into color teams for Kids Camp. Teams stay together as they rotate to different activites, meals, etc. Each team’s schedule will look a little different, but your specific schedule will be printed on your name tags.

Due to limited space, Kids Camp cannot accommodate non-camp age children, including children of adult sponsors. They may not attend camp or stay in cabins or hotel rooms with church groups.
Spouses of Adult Sponsors are only able to attend camp if they are also an Adult Sponsor.

All camp activities are included in the cost of camp.
Our Snack Shack, Camp Store, and Happy’s Coffee Shop accept credit/debit cards, cash, ApplePay, and CashApp.
Snack Shack items range from 50¢ to $3. Items in the Camp Store range from $1 to $40 (hoodies, etc). Happy’s coffee and non-coffee drinks range from $4 - $8.

We strive to create a distraction-free environment while your student is at camp. We ask that all cell phones, tablets, music players, earbuds, video games, and other electronic devices be left at home so students can fully engage in what God is doing at camp.
